T-Mo is hiring as I know two people who have gone there in the past three months. One as a contractor with right to hire and one hired in as an employee last month. Both in IT and both are remote.
Obviously retention payouts are not working when it’s giving with stocks. Based on T performance, the only retention payout needs to be cash. You know what they say “ cash is king”.

There is no such thing as a reconnection award. There is only a retention bonus, which is offered under NDA, and not available at this time. Cool story tho bro!
