TSR impacted, which organisations? Channel, MB Enterprise? In sept meetings in EUROPE

Does anyone know in whisch way TSR's will be impacted.
In Europe employes need to be at the all hands on 7 and 8 September.
Holland will learn more from CEO tueday 12 when allhands my friend said
France 11 sept.

I am a TSR in edu, should I be worried?

Nobody is safe for now.
TSR's have been reduced in Ireland the last few weeks.
