Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Partiality by leads

We have a lead who is dating one of her fellow associates, one who is directly under her. Favoritism is obvious, yet she denies it. And don't dare mention it to a manager, they get ballistic. Isn't it against company policy for this? She continues to deny the fact to the managers, yet we are always hearing her talk about it. I believe they need to be in different departments. But that's me. I try for it not to bother me but it does.

Run and don’t look back. It’ll never change. This, and so much more happens in every single location, all the time, it’s universal and won’t change. This is Sam’s Club, this is Walmart, and it won’t change. Do yourself a favor and actively look for another job. Trust me, you’ll thank me later, but more importantly, your future self will thank you!

Managers date associates all the time. Corporate doesnt care. I'm sure they wont care about a lead dating an associate. We had a manager dating an associate and she moved him to her department. When enough people went to corporate about it, the associate quit and the manager is still at the club. Sam's doesnt care about the whole ethics stuff.
