The positive spin in the earnings call about "Restructuring" made me sick, like it was a good thing. It could have been if Cisco had not laid us off when there were so jobs available. HR was working to a timeline, not to really find us a role. The restructuring was so poorly done! If you were really proud of us, you would have not laid us off so quickly!
