@2azl+1o96mlyh, stack rankings have been going on for almost a year. Another nasty bit is that managers are forced to put people on a coaching plan or PIP since Q4 last year as well. Mandatory, you as a manager have to have people on coaching plans or PIPs, no matter the performance.
Way to treat the employees.
Non sales orgs asking for stack rankings and 5% cut a quarter is the plan to get there.

I have heard that the reduction is 60k. Im jumping ship, no way am I waiting for the bloodbath in September.

EMC was 40k - so 100k should be pretty good number (if not less)
