HCL Moves

As usual, when new division heads get moved in they want to shake up the department and put their stamp of accomplishments on it right away. Now it would be great if they did some innovative things. But they never do, they take the easy road which is toss a bunch of people over the fence as if it were the greatest idea anyone ever thought of.

FROM SDXCentral article on the HCL deal :
Verizon CFO Tony Skiadas just this week complimented the work Verizon Business CEO Kyle Malady has been doing with that division.

“On the business side, the momentum is going great,” Skiadas said during this week’s Oppenheimer Technology, Internet & Communications Conference. “Kyle and the team have been doing a wonderful job, and we expect that momentum to continue as well.”

There is no author, but this is a corporate objective, and this strategic plan is being executed.

"The author of ALL outsourcing is HV" = Blackrock and the World Economic Forum = Weaken the USA "for the greater good"

I can guarantee you the HCL deal was in the works way before KM was appointed head of VBG. The author of ALL outsourcing is HV.
