Leigh-Ann Russell, Giulia Chierchia, and Ann Davies will probably leave the company after the investigation. The executive team will be restructured. Gordon Birrell, Williams Lin don’t really have a CEO vibe. They’re not charismatic. Murray would be a disaster.
The board needs to bring an external person. There are not enough talents on the bench.

These folks are all brain dead. I have worked on IST for years and can say they have no idea what they are doing unless it is perfectly scripted. Everyone on BL’s LT should be wiped out. They are all capable based in their inaction. Anything less than bringing back Gilvary would be an utter mess.
A pick from someone from BL’s leadership team would be a nod to his philandering behavior. No female would be safe.
No one internal has had any investor soak time. Company is totally fd. We have to go external then that person will see how inept our leadership is and cut the lot

Oh Please....Leigh Ann is a mo--n. Only reason she's up there is that Looney was looking after her. She BSd her way thru Wells, and when they told him she's not fit to get the top job he appeased her with PSCM, where she went on to make a proper mess. That LT has no trust or respect in the Org. Maybe Gordon has some respect, dont know enough about Murray or Delaney. Lin was well liked wherever he went, but may have had some women issues in the past. Maybe the board should bring in someone from outside to have a clean start....
Personally I would like Leigh-Ann to step up. I think she is the most ready
