However, globally, for this reorg, that wouldn’t be a shocking %. Entire teams will be eliminated, just look at what’s being merged together, then see where duplicate roles woukd be, there can be only one!
Who cares about how many direct reports she has now. Where in the world did you get '15% of functional roles eliminated'? The percentage of roles eliminated has yet to be shared. Where did You pull that from. You do realize this is a global company. Additionally, a lot of roles have been elimimated prior to this sense June. It is more than eliminating two layers it's deeper than that and what starts at the top always trickles down.
