US Air Force general predicts WAR with China over Taiwan in 2025, name an investment bank that has put all its technology “eggs in one basket”, you guessed it Citigroup! With such egregious out-sourcing of American technology jobs to China, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, India, Philippines etc. This wreck less strategy of outsourcing the critical backbone of Citigroup’s technology and infra-structure to third world hot-spots will bring the bank to its “knees” and maybe the banking system itself.

Clearly the management team at Citigroup does not have the same concerns as Jamie Dimon, how unfortunate! If WAR does breakout between USA and China the scope will be far greater than the small island of Taiwan, with Japan, Russia at the minimum entering the conflict as well and maybe others (South Korea, North Korea). The breadth and depth of this conflict will have a devasting effect on every critical component of the Citigroup Technology and Support structure, as the second largest bank in the world will it be left standing?
