check the distribution of white folks at the top vs white folks on the bottom rungs
Who is discriminating? Only the people talk about color are thinking of color of skin! Need real talent to run this company well regardless color!!!!! Stop this diversity unless you can prove you are real talented!
Because the world is starting to wake up to the DEI face that it's been sold. Meritocracy is coming back, irrespective of diverseness. More like divisiveness.

@kry, it's a legitimate question. Surely there will always be people of color qualified for these high position roles. However, they are often the least considered, therefore, usually and oftentimes, going to whites.

Actually one of the new 5 is Hispanic and one is Pakistani.
There are still what, 18 directs to Jane… not all white men. ( though some of the 5 are “white- passing” but actually Hispanic). But yeah, white men are still the majority so more DEI work to do,
