Did they wait until the VOE was over before they made these huge announcements?

He who falls for the VoE is just plain vulnerable. If the Org head gets 💯 participation HE gets a nice bonus. While many below HIM are laid off.

I think it was supposed to be after VOE, Org announcement then townhall the next day. My guess ( based on nothing), is that it was going to leak so they announced a couple days before originally intended.
