I remember about 5 years ago there was a focus on how we were going to address the retirement cliff of experienced, life timers. Lots of discussion about future leaders from within the organization that needed grooming for executive positions. Then JD arrived, welcomed the cliff and put the clamps on the “future leaders” because they weren’t diverse enough. That’s where we are at now.

Diversity is a joke. I’ve been told to my face in interviews that Im totally qualified and a perfect fit for a position but won’t be hired because I have the wrong skin color and gender. I’m a white male.
I would love to see what % of VPs went to UO or OSU ….

Intelligent Women of different cultural makeups and nationalities are passed over in favor of local friends and family- and Nike is suffering for it.
It's a multinational company run by nepotism and local flare....time to wake up Nike.
