So funny the TP post was deleted! Just a perfect example of what the post said! Favoritism is real, people! And if you don't think so, you be stoopids!
No one is siding with anybody. No one wanted this layoff, no one wanted to get let go, NO ONE wanted to see their peers step out. We should be helping each other, not trashing on one another.

Your bosses are not your friends. But you all keep on drinking the Magenta kool-aid and keep up company loyalty and see where it will lead you. Keep on defending your leads/bosses with that blind loyalty on an anonymous site, maybe you'll get rewarded if they see all your downvotes!
We're all just sitting ducks waiting for yet another "re-org" and another round of layoffs. TMO will shower you with all the cheap plastic junk fooling you into a false sense of security and thinking "this company cares about me!" They don't. C-Suite and leadership cares about the bottom line and the zeros on yet another bonus they'll give themselves. And if you or your friends are in the way of that, the boot you will get with little or no warning. The fake positivity here is TOXIC. Get out while you can.

TSW is done with their cuts. All ICs. Agreeing with it being absolutely random.
Makes me wonder what the layoff criteria is for who's selected and who is staying. Everyone keeps saying it's a re-org and eliminating duplicative positions but most of the people gone did an enormous amount of work--as we all do. It's hard to watch and understand. This is basically a skeleton crew now.

I'm an IC who was retained; the TSW layoffs feel totally random. Some are remote, some are in Bellevue. Half senior-level, half mid-level.
Same 4 ICs on my team have let go as well
There's managers who have been let go as well, so it's not just ICs

I got a call from my director this morning on my cell. No meeting maker. It’s been a great 10 years but onto the next.
T-Studios, for those asking, is mostly responsible for internal and external graphic/print creative, film/commercial spots, and the digital/web creative (websites, homepages, etc).
