Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

New Corporate Jet

Here is a bright idea. Let’s spend $55m on a new corporate jet for the CEO to use as a private taxi, and even better let’s finance the jet through GS???

Great leadership!

Hertz was given a second chance and the cronies at the top and private equity owners are blowing it using the company as their own piggy bank. The WEC sponsorship borders on criminal…an 8 figure deal funding the private equity owners personal race team railroaded through by the BOD…led by the private equity owners! A board approving massive expenditures for their own hobby sure seems like a checks and balances fail, but the CAO bent over backwards to justify it.

Hello everyone, it's me your favorite Chief Admin Officer Shan't. We have heard your concerns and the best way to pay for Stephen's new jet is by offering voluntary early out severance packages. If you're over 50 and work a corporateposition, we'll pay you to leave. If you don't take it, you'll get let go for much less in November just before Thanksgiving.

Leadership is frantic before this week's Board meeting. Stock price is below $12. Ned is going to save the day with a BS plan. The investors are regretting getting involved with the sinking ship. New COO will likely be another Goldman Su-ks person who that gets a jet. Q3 earning call will be comical, but don't worry, EVs, Tom Brady and Jota are delivering.

Ned Ryan has done nothing but bring in his friends and yes men. He hasn’t proven sh-t and I’m surprised he still has a job. He needs to along with his cronies who are using Hertz as his own piggy bank. Ned is worthless and I hope our investors see that.

The CEO is a heartless human being. Hertz has had some major layoffs recently. He announced that he wanted to invest more in technology and new cars. Lots of people lost there jobs because of his poor business decision. Mind you the majority of those that were laid off was the ones bringing in business.

How is this allowed in a public company? Ridiculous!

Have you seen the CAO's profile? He has been doing exactly that for many years- buying private jets for the CEO- they are trying to cut cost and taking budgets away but this flamboyancy never ends. just criminal !!
