Wonder if yet again we will follow other companies lead and require going to hubs like AT&T.
Several groups already are working hybrid work schedules. Another shoe to drop will be full RTO by spring ‘24. Sorry, home office dwellers time is upon you to ditch the retirement pants/jogging pants and return to the office 5 days a week. Certain groups have already been advised to prepare.

You'll be sent a form to complete. You'll need to select an office to report to for a specified number of days each week. If you're unwilling to do what is necessary to agree to this, VZ will consider it to be your resignation. Failure to complete the form by the deadline will be considered your resignation.
Is this just for Communication side? What about the people on wireless? Some have moved to a state with no call center.
RTO is great. Let’s focus on the company. WFH had its time, and look at all the calls going overseas. You got hired to be in an office not home. Can’t wait for them to open the Brooklyn center .
Within my dept. we have already started RTO, however not 5 days a week, they are starting with 2 days. I was informed today however they are going to start monitoring badge swipes to see who is and is not actually going in on their scheduled dates. They did not state what actions would be taken if you do not go in on your dates but that if you can't make your scheduled date, you need to substitute in another day that week.
Does Brightspeed have WFH?
Heard this too
