Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

BK Stock

What's going on with BK stock? 5 years ago it was 53; 4 years ago it was 44; 3 years ago it was 36; 2 years ago it was 51, last year it was 44 now it's 43. It's going no where and not paying any dividends. Its negative growth. Investing in this is a huge waste of time. What gives ???

Er, the stock was actually in the low 62 20 years ago when Bob Kelly rode into town.

Call me crazy but where is the appreciation… ?

I know for a fact that BK stock was the inspiration for the Flatliners movie.

Where do you get that it's not paying any dividends? We've actually had several dividend increases.
And the stock price was also in the low $60's a few years ago.
I think it's that everyone knows you can't starve your way to prosperity and that's our only strategy.

Not sure how this is layoff related but still excellent point. This should help everyone answer the peakon question, how confident are you leadership is taking the company in the right direction. Can’t argue with the data.
