I remember talking to the RMS when I was still a sales rep with Nabisco and he was upset that he wasn't allowed to give good employees any better than an average review so they could keep the merit raise to a minimum. This is the company you guys are working for. Senior management has stated in the past that we don't pay for quality (employees)

Goal of Mission 1 was to cut reps, and to raise the bar so you can’t reach it. All about the bottom line. i also hear that benefits are getting cut this year
