Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Stop the drama.

I'm a team leader that wants to address a few bad team leads and 1 manager. As a team lead you work next to managers team leads and associates. So far as the associates I really do not have any issues. Too much some associates need more guidance than others. The issue I'm seeing in my own very eyes is that you have a front end manager showing favoritism to certain associates. This very same manager also sits upstairs with his associates from the department that he's in charge of talking for hours to 2 of his favorite associates from his own department. The problem is you can't conduct business or even get on the computer in the office because they're having their own gossip talk time. The same manager has moved one of his favorite associates three different departments in less than one year where other people might have been more qualified. This same manager had a nerve a while back to hold a meeting in the quiet room and told all the floor partners that they couldn't do their job they could be easily replaced. How do I know that happen me being a team lead associate complained to me about it after it happened at that time we didn't have a store manager. The same manager influence to team leads to write an email to get another manager in trouble. The same manager gossip about all the associates in managers but smiles in their face. This same manager allows two different team leads that come in at 3:00 p.m. to cuss at their floor partners. The same front end manager allows certain cashiers multiple 15 points or more other associates are fired at 5 Points. This fronted manager doesn't do any manual labor. You also have a few team leads that gossip about associates sadly the ones that you think wouldn't do it. I'm a team lead that they expect to get all my work done on time which I should do that's including doing all audits in my area and I do get it done. You have other team leads that don't even know how to do audit or care less about how to do a audit. You got team leaders walking around talking. The rest of the managers are fine no issues. new store manager fine no issues. The only issue front end manager. What has been done nothing.

So what can be done about msl's constantly making some cashiers miserable. Bulling all the time. When said cashiers go to management they are told that's just the way they are. Msl's taking multiple smoke breaks but nothing is ever done to them. People getting fired for the same thing they are doing. Any suggestions

Found one of the lazy managers. That's what they all say. Dont worry about what other people do. If you find something messed up just fix it. We dont need to tell the person that did it to not do it again or have them fix it.

don't worry about what someone else is or isn't doing..... do your job & go home.
if you concern yourself with others, you'll go nuts & stay stressed.....do your job & go home...... i repeat..... do your job & go home.

Store manager isnt fine or good if he/she is allowing this to go on. We have a bad store manager that allows a couple managers to do whatever they want. Date associates, move associates around to make their family and friends happy. Associates have quit their first day after hearing them talk to associates. Store manager allows it. That means he is not a good store manager. A lot of us think he cant do anything cause the market manager is protecting one of them. Other managers have been fired for things she does. She retaliates against managers. One manager got transferred after she went to corporate about what that manager was doing to her and the associates at the store.
