Been through a few of these.

No one should be working a full day/week. If you don’t plan to retire in Nov, then 50% of your time should be focused on finding a new job.

Do not “hope” BC keeps you. Own it and determine it yourself.

Hey Magoo, is this feedback reaching you?

With Raghu things are different. I cannot count how often he asked to just move on as if nothing happens and do your job

I’d guess not, but less confused and senile people around him should be giving him feedback that this type of tone and attitude is what makes folks want to sm--k his face each and every day.

The multi-millionaires and billionaires will ride into the sunset, leaving a trail of destruction.

Worried about health insurance C-suite? I think not with your huge 10-100x normal employee compensation packages plus your morally reprehensible CIC packages.

Disgusting leaders, disgusting company, it deserves to be flushed in the toilet.

: @1xap+1oLsxp33, we do. Stuart Lee shared it with all employees.
You are a data subject, ask for them if you don’t believe me.

I feel you. I have been through four acquisitions. Half of which went ok, the other half was a car crash. Biggest difference though between those four and the one we go through with BC - execs never pretended everything is ok.

With Raghu things are different. I cannot count how often he asked to just move on as if nothing happens and do your job, or worse, dancing with stupid Betsy on the all staff as if this is a great thing about to happen to us.

I struggle to stay motivated and I wished I had listened to my friends that kept telling me to not wait until the end as it will be difficult to find a new job as I am obviously not the only one.

And it is true - if I would have looked a year ago when recruiters contacted me, I'd be better off. Now I can't even get companies to respond to my applications as the market is just sh-t and too many layoffs happening right now.

I literally try to survive the day and every two weeks when I have a meeting with my boss that asks what I have been up to I struggle to say more than just youtube or netflix.

Despite all that and my resulting depression I still think sh-t happens for a reason so all I can do is apply for a new job and hope something bites eventually. It just seems that the severance will be dried up in no time.

We don't know what data they have. We don't know what data they are using to make their decisions.

No. They don’t have that data.

I think they base their decisions on the ability to construct a coherent sentence. Sorry.

I tried all the "show resilience at times of change" jazz, but I got burnt out. I'm only human. I used to be someone who takes their job with a lot of responsibility, now there are days (many days) I can't concentrate, my memory is gone, and sometimes I catch myself just staring at the screen, unable to think. I like my job. Just get it over with. Whatever happens, happens.
