The latest round of RIF's in the UK have pretty much devastated the GID's business here(seems to be over 10% of our workforce gone in this round of cuts)
Anyone that knew the job has left with irreplaceable system knowledge just gone. We're now left with the useless, lazy and incompetent running the show.
Every project is riddled with mistakes costing huge sums in remediation to fix, the IT systems are barely functioning, even BAU work is full of errors.
Clients are leaving en masse, we've seen offload after offload with very little new business... We can't even do onloads for years now due to lack of staff!
The big question is, what is the plan?
Billy boy didn't get where he is being stupid or through luck.
Has he simply lost the plot or is there some grand plan?
Surely you don't spend the sort of money they did on DST simply to crash the business?
