Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

I left a year ago.

12 year TMO in several departments.

After my second child we opted for me to stay home as my husband got a big promotion at his job.

I am dying looking at LinkedIn and seeing former bosses and coworkers and the cr-p they claim they did in profiles.

Your skills and experience always catch up to you if you lie.

Former TMO here. I caught way too many people claiming my content as theirs. It's the Pakki/Asian way of doing business.

LinkedIn in definitely has a lot of fabrications.

I've always worked to be truthful on my resume. I'm fortunate to have had great opportunities during my career so there's plenty to point to. Actually the biggest challenge is keeping the length of the resume down.

If you’re interviewing for a new job you don't want to get tripped up. Also, if the new company does background checks it looks bad if they find inconsistencies.
