Outside the U.S. Intel recruits at high schools. Intel needs to come down to earth, these factory aren't nearly as hard as they try to make them out to be.

Help me understand. Intel is going to try and staff the new state-of-the-art factory with the same workforce that built the Ford, Chevi, and Jeep? We are going to need one h@LL of a certification program.

The technician intel claims they will need assumes that the fabs intel is building will be producing chips someone wants.

You’ll be laid off and replaced by a hillbilly with a 1 year certificate and a lifted pickup truck. More layoffs will follow as more delays eat into Intel’s profits (or more accurately, drive losses lower).
