You must be new to the company and telecom sector. There are layoffs in every telecom and chip producing technology company. Just because you don't hear about it doesn't mean there are no layoffs. Lots of folks get layoff not only locally but in other states as well as internationally. Get used to it as more companies move to AI. There will always be layoffs going forward.
