keep your resume updated all the time you are there!!!!
Don't worry and be happy. I'm with Intel for many years. So far so good.
Best tip is to join somewhere else.
If you are on visa however - Intel is good option.
Month 1 - start learning something on which you can be expert in 2 years.
Year 2 - once your i-140 is done switch immediately.
Congrats now get to work!
Run. Don’t look back. Get something else asap and just leave Intel off your resume. You’re welcome. You just dodged the worst culture in modern business.

Do well at Intel? What does that even mean? You'll be lucky if you aren't reprimanded for suggesting any fundamental improvements.

It's just a job. Don't drink the Kool-aid. Create your own work-life balance. Do not sacrifice family or friends over your career. Key takeaway: No matter how important you think your current situation is, if you ever leave, they will replace you in 2 weeks.
Ignore all the haters here. Depending on your group/manager you can have a good work experience. Remember that only negative comments come up online. No job is perfect anyway but I like mine now (working in TD).
