Way too many people doing basically the same job and getting paid too much for it. I'd cheer for those cuts.

More likely senior management will trim you.
But...who would watch all of the PowerPoint slides?
No! We need more senior management and middle management. We need more people talking, and less people doing. That is the way forward.
