Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

There is always worse

This guy is worse than even Stankey.

Property developer Tim Gurner says employees have become too arrogant, and that unemployment must rise substantially to lift productivity...
“We need to see pain in the economy. We need to remind people that they work for the employer, not the other way around. There’s been a systematic change where employees feel the employer is extremely lucky to have them, as opposed to the other way around. It’s a dynamic that has to change.”

What a pr--k. But this is how the top 1% thinks.

One of my favorite examples in the past few weeks is a CEO of Salesforce, Mark Benioff, who is of course making his employees RTO, just like the rest of them, but for himself, says this:

"I'm a remote worker. I've always been a remote worker my whole life, I don't work well in an office. It just doesn't work with my personality."

To be fair, he's not making his people to relocate, yet, but still, the arrogance and disconnect of these tech CEOs is astounding.

The next time HR or your boss wants to bring up RTO, just tell them it doesn't work for your personality, right?

He is a real estate developer. Being evil and arrogant is pretty much the job description.

NO CEO is worse than Stinky! Why?

Ratty is at the top of the CEO Wall of Shame.
Stinky is 2nd after Ratty on the CEO Wall of Shame.

They are the top two. No CEO is worse!

I see Timmy standing in the unemployment line in the near future. After that you can find him standing in the nearest soup line. You gotta love these people like Timmy that always torpedo their future, takes a special type of id--t!

What a complete POS! However, I’m glad this example of how these sociopaths truly feel was shared. There’s a “special” place in h3ll for this kind.

That is the most out of touch and arrogant corporate psychopath I've seen in a while. Clearly he knows di-k about leadership...let's see how long he lasts.

Let's see if Tim Gurner goes first? Real leaders live the lead. Will Gurner unemploy himself to set a true example?
