Are there any terminations related to the issues with the credit card conversion. There are thousands of clients out there who can not use their cards. Their response is we don’t know when it will be fixed. It’s not the people answering the phones fault. Senior management is basically non existent. The wrong people are being fired.

The lack of knowledge on this post is clear.
Just look at Joe Thompson. He has had fiasco after fiasco since conversion and still there. I stick with my prediction that he will be CEO when Rogers retires.

Nope. In fact they get promoted. Use case Jay Poole gets once again more responsibility where he hasn’t delivered anything in tech without issues.
