I'm sick of this "stay positive, stay productive" BS being spouted by leadership when 66k+ are on pins and needles wondering how we're going to survive financially if we're one of the unlucky ones.
I'm one paycheck from living in my car and I know most of my team are in the same boat. Leadership is disconnected from reality and how they are handling this is exhibit A.
