There are strategic customers who don't have TAMs. And according to me CS is really important for driving consumption.
What is going to happen to vRealize CSMs?
They will grow old and die.
I mean they don't provide any value today that a TAM wasn't providing before it became subscription. They are overhead.
“Connected” Aria is a joke. At least vSphere+ actually offers new features.
Most of them became Aria CSMs about a year ago.
Most of CS will go away.
Harvested for their organs?
