Yeah, India has more than 100 Director positions according to LinkedIn recent post. And it is very hard to hire anyone in US! Just wow!!!
Differences in cultures and how business is handled on the any customer interactions and project wise taking a tall on overall client experience with Fiserv.

They tried moving to South America for a while, and those people are out of jobs. People's jobs with Fiserv are globally unsafe.
Fiserv is looking elsewhere. India is becoming less affective as folks there are now expecting a higher standard of living. Fiserv see's a diminishing savings there.
We know it’s happening. More and more going to India. Execs like to make it sound pleasant by saying they’re following the sun.
