3 days a week is wholly unattainable. Most will go in Tue Wed and Thurs if forced and overcrowding will ensue.

People who make millions don’t understand the financial impacts for their workers returning to office. How the 2-5% annual raises don’t cover inflation. They have made it clear they don’t care about the employees.
