Well...?? What happened on the call....where are the dodgy deets?? Or are people just over reacting drama queens?
So less work/jobs for U.S.A, more jobs for the Philippines and/or India?
We talked about the 32 hrs on our call today. Sounds voluntary now but are they gonna make people do it of their pipeline is low? We just finished purchase season and some people are already down to 10 or fewer loans.
In a recent interview with Bloomberg, Jamie talked about AI leading to people only working 3.5 days a week. Sounds like that transition could be starting now.
Something always smells Dodgy (and even worse) at Chase!
One HLA said he had a team huddle this morning and they were told half of their pipeline will be processed by PHL CCS. We are supporting NY area, fyi.
32 hr/week is just a beginning.
