Morale booster - I think if leadership would allow us to bring our dogs to work with us, that would be a very good morale booster and then people would not might having to work onsite.

If reporting to a California hub, you can leave your dog outside in tent city. It can po-p on the sidewalk with the rest of the people.

In my office we each have about 8 square feet of personal space, in a building that is about 40 years behind in maintenance and any type of cleanliness. I think my pooch would actually be embarrassed for me if they saw where I went to work everyday.

it would be a nightmare. Everyone believes their dogs are well trained but 99% of them are not.
People that got the letter and didn’t move are still working so our headcount didn’t drop like expected. We won’t lose 15000 by end of year like expected.
Bring your a$$ to work day. It would help my morale if I didn’t work in an empty building. Downtown complexes are still totally empty in midsize cities where population is 500,000. RTO didn’t happen still in most cities that aren’t Dallas/Atlanta.

We have people asking to bring their dogs to work when it is almost impossible to get a leave of absence to care for a spouse that is critically Ill. Something is amiss here.
You might gain favor with the Indian workforce if you bring your dogs to work. Indians consider dogs to be loyal companions.
