You will get layered, who will do the work left behind - YOU WILL.
So worry, nope just be prepared to 'do more with less'.
Reminds me of the comic strip cartoon with eight managers beating the one working employee to pull the cart.
No worries. Ford will hire newer and younger people to replace you in a heartbeat.
