DXC Middle Management & IC Deadwood

It's time DXC got rid of all the moaning middle management and individual contributors who think they're entitled to yearly cost of living pay rises , merit rewards and recognition. We need to trim all this negative deadwood from the organisation through a worldwide workforce reduction programme starting in Q3. That will leave us in a good place with our strategically focussed leadership group and trainable junior ranks with low recompense expectations to turn the company around.

The people who moan here do it because they actually do care, but cannot find any way to just get things done. In any other business you'd create a task request, a form would guide you to available options, and a machine would execute it near instantly once submitted. Not here - they down a black hole. And the tasks are cherry picked, or rejected for being with the wrong team, or wrong form. You raise it to managers their answer send another email saying it's super urgent.

Forget inflation pay increases , what we need is merit pay increases of greater than 6% for all that meet their goals and 8% for those that exceed their goals

I worked in IT for 40 years and never once received an inflation increase , and for the 1st in those 40+ years my only merit increase at DXC over 12 years were less than 4%. A Disgrace for someone that always met and exceeded their goals and was a go to person for help in his field !
