All these announcements of reorg is just much ado about nothing. At the end there will be just a very minor reshuffle of the pack of cards

Not true, @1jsp+1oUdsgpA . Where did you come up with that info. Lol. Yes. There will be some moving about between teams. However, there will be a lot of cuts. You don't save a significant amount of money moving people here and there vs layoffs. You clearly heard J say that we would be saying goodbye to some colleagues. The memo today even basically said that some people would move, new roles may be created, some would be eligible to reapply for different roles, and some would just be hitting the road.
It appears the reorg will be mostly just shuffling of groups from A to B or C to A
Who knows what the future would be.

I really do think Jane and her tough approach is hoping for some people to find another job so they can save on severance. She wants everybody so rattled that they start looking really a terrible manager.
It’s so hard to be able to retain focus on the job… I’m sure folks are preparing for interviews , updating resumes at this point (besides being mad at Citi for this period of unknowns)
Do you think investor's are fools ? they ask for numbers when a heavy news is floating around. Don't try to butter your wound. Prepare for the exit.
I agree about an hr troll. Sad they aren't of course posting anything of worth. How do you expect people to focus and be productive constantly when many projects are on hold? This is not a minor restructuring and shuffling about of people. Tell this nonsense to the people were let go throughout the year. OP you should be ashamed of yourself.
