Anyone else witnessing this in their role? I’m seeing it be done with this lighthouse project. It’s supposed to automate but folks involved are coming in telling teams they’re no longer doing their processes. Others with no clue will be. Make it make sense please

Because processes aren’t documented or if they are they’re not audited or peer reviewed for accuracy. It’s a wonder we pass any audits. But can you imagine the he-l it makes for recent hires?
