I got 40k in RSUs, no raise, g10. Have to agree, to get a big bump, you have to move around
Do you have to be grade 11+ for RSU or can a grade 9/10 get RSUs in sales?
I got 10k raise no rsu G11
we have to hit a certain minimum so if it's 40k for example, I can only split it 3 ways. It wasn't like that previously but it changed this year.
Why could you only give 2-3 people stock with 130k in RSUs?
It’s highly dependent on your team structure but I got 130k in RSUs and 40k in cash to spread out across 6 people (g10 and g11). That basically means I could give everyone 6.5k raise and 2-3 people stock. Not great but if you were hired at the proper OTE it works out… You have to leave to get a big bump and that’s just how it is.
Not a manager but I got $12500 RSU and a small raise.
