Has anyone heard anything about a possible new round of layoffs in the new year?

When would the announcement come? And what would be the severance? 8 weeks of severance?
Heard rumors that this week might be a bigger announcement so that people are let go 8 weeks before 1/1.

....one bloke who is there now was completely useless and over his head here before he left....totally incompetent
@fgqc+1oVcOKu4... funny... the only people who I ever hear complaining about "dead weight" are those who don't feel confident in themselves, know they are not performing, and feel the need to deflect. "The Dead Weight.. yes... they are the problem... not me." I'm curious... when you look in the mirror, how much dead weight do you see staring right back at you?
