Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Company loyalty

Remember when Exxon was loyal to its employees and we were happy to be loyal back? When we felt respected and like we mattered? The company did great, there was no need to change anything. But I guess it wasn't enough after all. Greed brought us here. Yes, the results might look great, but at what price? Do you know a company that is more hated by its own workforce? I don't.

KM needs to move on to her next job wherever that is outside of this company. Or is she enjoying "step out" activity with DW?

KM is the force pushing Hotdesking and likely part of the annual 8% PIP target.

KM gets paid $2 million dollars per month to destroy the workforce.

Blame KM and TG. KM gets praise from some and honestly don't get it. She was brought here for a reason and this won't be her last stop
