Bye bye jobs

I used to love to work here. The pressures on us now to not ever make a mistake is overwhelming. I pride myself on being a type a hard worker. But you're going to go back 90 days and implement failing us on something in all my years here we never had strict repercussions for? This is so sad. And shame an
On anyone who acts cutthroat during this time. Yours will come. Backdating fails is the chicken way to avoid layoffs. By firing. Shame on you. I'm heart broken. I loved my job.

There are many reasons mistakes happen. On-line policy is garbage. There are no subject matter experts anymore. The managers are salary, so they work the fewest hours possible, and aren't responsive to questions. The quality of the loan applications has gone downhill. At the same time, they want us to limit the number of document requests.

I used to love working there. Until they started sending our jobs away. They started treating us horribly. That is the way they do it. When they want to thin the herd, they start failing for everything. It gives them an excuse to give you awful reviews. Write you up or whatever. Even after over a decade of high performance. Eventually they laid me off. My manager lied on my review. She was a horrible person. I hope karma takes our the entire department.

It's a bank, why are you making mistakes. I don't want to bank with people who make mistakes.
