Serious question.. Maybe someone that knows specifics can chime in. Post pandemic & CDA, marketing budgets and strategy have been scaled down tremendously but it seems like the marketing roles and functions have stayed at the same levels. What are these people being paid for? To have meetings about meetings and update decks for outside agencies that do the actual work?
