Take a look at CS' announcement about the new Vice Chairman. Look at their pictures. Doesn't CS pic just scream "I'm so much better than you minions" and the new guy's picture says "FAFO" ... I can totally envision a conversation where new VC tells CS, "I've brokered a deal to get us out from under the asset cap but it requires you to leave. So you're out."

lol, funny thing about "the data", there are seriously powerful people that have a very vested interest in fudging it for their own gains. Kinda like the official inflation data or claims of efficacy. It is very intentional skewed for mass consumption by drones.

The objective data shows that this is one of the best jobs markets in American history. No, you can't just waltz into any job you want to at any pay you want to, but it's an objectively good market.
No personality at all. Completely bland. Would never pick him out of a group of people if someone asked “which one is a CEO?” Uninspiring 100%. Not a leader.

CS is unlikable. He conveys a I’m better than you, you’re a peon energy. His energy, tone, facial expressions and body language all say he doesn’t want to be talking to us. This is why despite him saying the right things, he will never be a good leader
100%. You know that's the plan. Almighty shareholders have had enough. BOD has to act, but wants CS to be able to save face. While we all suffer, get fed B, and get laid off.
