Other pharmacists have the cajones to step up and let corrupt management know that they will no longer tolerate the horrible working conditions and expectations given to them by people who can't do the job. Why are we so timid?? It's time to demonstrate our level of frustration! We've got a self-righteous B-itch for a market manager in the middle of country who has forgotten where she comes from, but sure as he-l knows she doesn't want to return to the bottom rung of the ladder. She'll step on whoever she can to try to get up to the next rung.
Why do we tolerate these working conditions? Aren't we professionals with doctorate degrees? I get head hunter contacts constantly and there are plenty of open positions in our area. Right now they need us worse than we need them.

What huge raise for Optical?
No one at my club got a raise in Optical.
Don't forget about us Techs as well. Especially when Optical just got their huge raise...we better get something!
If you work for a company, its their rules. If you don't like their rules, move on!

Why aren't you taking advantage of all the head hunter contacts and open positions in your area if you're so unhappy?
