Successor to CEO

Who will take Stankey’s place when he leaves?

Shareholders may not want an insider.

About 3 years ago, Jeff stated he would flatten the company, which would have been a wise move. We didn't hear a lot from Jeff after that.

Jeremie Legg, with his basket weaving degree, doesn't stand a chance against Jeffie.

Hope it is not Sandbar, he is a pr--k on town halls in my opinion.

Stankey does not like anyone correcting him, especially in public. Jeffie corrected Stankey in a townhall by advising Stankey he couldn't cut his way to success. Stankey never forgave Jeffie.

I’ve read many times McElf & Stankey had falling out….anyone know why?

Jeffie McElfresh has the lead. Although he and Stankey locked horns awhile back, they seem to have buried the hatchet.
Jeremie Legg comes in as a close second, behind Jeffie. Jeremie argues that he doesn't need a technical degree or background to lead at&t. Most at&t employees firmly disagree.

I would love to be able to post the video from my phone where Stankey explains with gyrating hands and McElfresh say "NO John, YOU CANNOT COST CUT YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS".

Yes I have that video. No, it is not on a COU device.

  1. What makes you think Stank will ever leave? Why would he? Zero accountability. $30 million a year, easily.
  1. To those saying McFresh...really? Is that a guy you look at and listen to and say, "now THAT'S THE GUY we need at the helm..." Really?

better go outside and get someone with a winning track record...insiders from Randall, Stankey, McElfresh have been terrible for employees, shareholders and customers.

They should ask the former CEO of T-mobile, Legere. He knows telecom.

The company will look outside of the ranks when looking for a successor to JS. They didn’t want JS and only chose him because he was the only person with telco/media experience after they searched globe. Now that we are no longer a media company it will be much easier to find a replacement.

Shareholders certainly weren't asking for Stankey, what makes you think they care?
