Laid off on Monday and haven't received the severance letter in my personal email to sign.. Wondering if they got my email wrong?

They don’t send the severance letter until 1 month prior to separation date
Check your spam. My personal email was in spam. Also, the actual severance to sign will be mailed to you. Its just your initial, telling you the details about weeks paid etc.
They don't send the formal severance papers until your last day.
If only there was a way you could call or email them to find out where it is instead posting on an anonymous message board.
If you got the original letter and PDF documents, they have your correct email. I think the agreement will take a few more days to be sent
