I might be. I wanted to sell all my shares before Rick becomes CEO but am scared it would be insider trading if I don't get out of the company before.
Move accounts elsewhere and buy Schw puts with your severance…will probably be able to retire within two years with how fast this ship is sinking! Is it insider information if you get laid off and understand how incompetent the leadership in this organization is?!?
same here, if I am lucky to win the layoff lottery I will seriously consider moving my accounts elsewhere. Maybe I will hang around for a bit to see if TOS actually works with CS accounts. I kinda like PCRA too, you can invest in more than just mutual funds.
There are not many places to go though, in my opinion. CS seems to be financially stable. Any suggestions on brokers out there?
Those that get laid off won't have to have their assets at CS. Wonder how much will be out the door just from employees laid off. Mine and my spouse's will definitely be going elsewhere. I'm sure assets out will continue to cut into the stock price.
