The "Special Severance Package" offered by Mercury is not so special. HR not helpful.
HR - "payments are based off position/years of service". Political answers. Not sure what that means.

Mercury Systems in PHX was ruined by a lunatic Director of Operation and a mo--n director of HR started 3 yrs. ago. There was so much damage beyond recovering and they left after what they did! PERFECT! Hope Mercury Systems learned a valuable lesson.
