Verizon CSPM leadership hosted a call to discuss the HCL partnership. Once we got past the usual “blah, blah, blah, me, me, me” it was just the same old chaotic rushed call to tick a box, they still cannot answer any of the real questions that are on employees minds that really matter. This entire CSPM leadership team is past their sell by date, way out of their depth. The best thing HCL can do is replace them with new HCL talent.

Customer Service Program Management. 1000 of us are getting sent to HCL. I personally think it will be fine. I had the HCL account as a Service Manager and know quite a few of the people over there. They seem very happy and are well paid.
