You guys are amazing at dismissing the issue. Name any other car company or platform with this kind of issue. From the customer vantage point, everyone involved should be embarrassed if not fired. We are so accustomed to problems, recalls, and software issues that we don’t give a hoot anymore. Blame the customer not the company. Shameful!
